Arrived promptly and no issues. No digestive side effects. Great value.
Take these every night before bed for muscle cramps/restless leg syndrome, and insomnia. Great for night leg cramps. You have to take a few more of these for a full dosage, but the inconvenience is small.
Free of most allergens. Contains citrate. Contains both calcium and magnesium in one capsule.
Cons
Definitely won't be ingesting these tablets. Evidently not. There was black dirt in the bottle.
