Dim dim 100mg caplets. Has definitely help relieve my symptoms of excess estrogen, that's why i have continued to take. Been trying different brands for the dim supplement.
Cons
Dim is not nearly as effective as olympian labs (it also has no color unlike ol) do yourself a favor and order olympian labs (same mgs) instead!
