Pros
No terrible taste. No chalky tasting pill. Easy to take capsule for both chromium and magnesium. I also feel that these capsules are easing my arthritis pain.
They help with carb cravings. I use this every afternoon along with a dose of caffeine.
Cons
Took this product for 6 consecutive days and each day brought on diarrhea at least twice a day. Consult your physician or pharmacist. Just opened package today, bottle is open.
