This is the best i feel i can say truthfully. Very very pleased. Will be ordering more in the future.

Cons

For the rest of the second bottle i let the capsules dissolve in mouth until i could taste the bitter herb and then swallowed. Normal glucose levels are between 70-100 mg/dl. Handling remaining pills is messy. Not for me.
