Pros

Product is use to control blood sugar into a healthy and manageable range. This is one recommended by my guides and an alternative practitioner that i wouldn't want to be without. Improve digestion and gastrointestinal microbial balance.

Berberine is great to use when you are doing intermittent fasting. It works where other brands do not. I’ve tried several brands from amazon & this one is the best.

Cons

Generic berry flavored antacid tablets (marked “rp 103”). Will not buy again without some resolution. This ingredient was not noted in the amazon description.
