Pros

With these filters it's manageable. I just wish they lasted a bit longer. Cheaper than gas, as water to the home via well or municipality continues to rise in cost.

Perfect to purify water and easy to install. Our water is disgusting but these filters fix all that. Keep the pitcher in the fridge so the waters always nice and cold and refreshing.

Cons

It takes over 20 minutes to drain the top reservoir of my water dispenser. Our water supply is not actively cloudy nor does it have hints of biologic incursion.

I am not sure why these don’t come in the original packaging like in the pic. Please refund fully and stop selling a fraudulent product. Beware buy only 1 filter at a time if you must.

This filter is faulty and just doesn't work. There is a blockage problem, and the company doesn’t appear bothered enough to fix it.
