Packaging/appearance
Packing was really bad screws and tools were not in the bag but laying loose in the pkg
The only thing the company needs to work on is better packaging
I received mine with a few minor dents and some of the nuts and bolts were loose in the box
Competitiveness
Much more sturdy than other tradition crates
My 8 month old 100lb xl bully has destroyedout smarted every cage prior to the purchase of this one
It is an awesome kennel my boxer learnt not to ram this kennel he broke ones from walmart iike noting

Crate seems decent but mine arrived with a broken weld

Had a little difficulty putting it together by myself but it was not impossible
