Pros

This is great for a non stim preworkout. It gives a nice pump but no crazy stim buzz and no itchy-scratchy feeling. Easy to * on the way to the gym.

Cons

Jacked factory's stim-free pre-workout is a waste of money. The taste is too tart for me and the aftertaste is disgusting. This product is not recommended for those under 20% body fat.
