I also purchased the shorter extension pipe which i didnt need after all l called the company and im still waiting for someone to contact me on how to return it for a refund

I returned another system same brand slightly cheaper because it only protruded 9 from the wall and you had to huddle against the wall to get under it

I waited until after the 30 day return window to open and install so i guess thats my fault but regardless i shouldnt have received a faulty product
