One of my family members has had a recent health scare and as a result was asked by the gp to monitor their body more closely not that they needed any persuasion due to the shock of the results of the tests performed which showed a few lifestyle changes would be prudent

If your spo2 level is less than 92 it is considered abnormal and requires medical attention

It’s made from hard wearing plastic that will easily wipe down for hygiene reasons and takes up no space at all if you prefer to carry it in a pocket or keep it handy in a drawer
