Pros
Was expecting a 75 percent solution but totally took the stain away. Expensive but the anxiety if having to look at the stain of my 14k driveway stained by oil is gone.
Cons
More work and scrubbing. Would not recommend.

Just pour product on the oil spill and wipe it off the next day with a brush and then with water

It uses a fair amount of product to clean the spot

Worked well getting oil stains out of a brick fireplace but it did leave a bit of white residue behind that will likely fade over time
