The onetouch feature didnt work for me and after several tries i went with the method where you plug the camera directly into the router

Once it was online i got it working with the eyecloud app which works but is kind of junk

Ultimately i figured out the ip address for the camera again port 81 and used a different android app

I still have eyecloud on my phone which does allow remove viewing
