Okay so ill start with the good these seem durable and relatively welldesigned

My husband hated them he could hear everything and they were very uncomfortable

You can still hear the music clearly it just gets rid of all the highpitched sounds that damage your ears

For me they’re extremely difficult to insert and i do not find much of a significant noise reduction

I dunno if they actually take 20db off the sound but they do a decent work
