Free iphone app, camhi is the latest iteration. Camera comes preset for china timezone (hardly suprising! Was able to set up in the app within seconds. It's as simple as that bhut you can install a wide range of other software.

Lead 1 is the rj45 ethernet data lead, which uses one of the four pairs for power over ethernet, (poe) lead 2 is for connecting and powering it via the supplied small power supply. All connectors and leads fit comfortably inside this small box.
Cons
I have not had any response when i have emailed asking about firmware updates etc. Has internal condensation that can’t be shifted. If i connect directly and force the ir on, all is good, but when set back to auto mode, nothing.

Picture quality is great and night mode although strange colour magenta does the job
Image quality is very good at the price point and night vision is likewise superb
For visuals of the quality images produced by this camera in wideangle and maximum 5 times optical zoom
Picture quality is very good but the ootizac zoom is something special it works absolut magic
Price
I got to say for the price is amazing piece of technology
Overall good value all these features as this price
Packaging/appearance
Was able to set up in the app within seconds
If you want to connect straight to the reolink nvr via poe it wont work so i have to return it because of this
To connect the camera i used the onvif protocol on port 8080

If you want or need a 5megapixel ptz camera at this price the sv3c model sd8poe5mphx is astounding value for money and will not disappoint
A feature i have not seen before at this price in a ptz camera
Hi bought this on bais of qa on amazon if it works with reolink nvr and the answer was yes but it doesnt not the way i want it
So bought a tplink 4 port poe switch which sits between the camera and my nvr and it did the job powers up the camera

So bought this sv3c when it arrived i plugged in the ethernet cable but didnt get a signal then did some reading about the camera and it is 48v so you need a poe switch which outputs enough power to drive the camera which i didnt realise and didnt realise my nvr didnt output the right power my mistake

The camera connected to this straight away only for me to have problems with it going offline regularly after more communication and messing around i discovered it was the cat 5 cable i supplied myself that was not up to the job and by using the one supplied this problem was solved

That feature can be disabled and removed from the vids

If i need to pointtiltzoom i can simply use the ptz function to do so

The camera operates over poe power over ethernet so doesnt need an external power supply
