Pros

Will be a much better value than the two packs, as long as there are not more duds in the box. Never a problem with expiration dates. I am very thankful this item is available to the public and reasonable in cost.

It's a bit hectic the first time you use it. If you have trouble following instructions you should always google a1c now. I read other reviews where people messed up because they didn't prep correctly.

Cons

Pay the clinics its cheaper and most probably more reliable. Water only strip worked once.

Baffled, i recall the lab really did not get a decent sample. There is two points in the instructions where there appears to be conflict. At $10 per test i'm not really happy about the lack of customer support.

Have used this product several times and have found it to be very convenient with long shelf life

The 10 pack is perfect as none of the tests expire within the 10 month period

I used 5 of these within about 5 days 1 each day and all of them tested within two points of each other

I am very thankful this item is available to the public and reasonable in cost

I bought the product to save some money on my a1c checks by doing it myself

Received the kit in 2 days nice

Shipment arrived a little sooner than estimated

They replied within the hour with an aug 2019 date which the received kits were

Packaging/appearance

I then put the defective machine in the box and mailed it with postage prepaid

I know it is recommended that it should be stored in the refrigerator but i didnt do that

Competitiveness

I compared the results of this device with actual lab test result

The other brands provide lancets but this brand does not

We havent had a chance to compare this test to the drs test

Compared to doctor office visit testing which it is pretty cheap
