The adapter works fine the only reason i gave it a 4 star was because the anchor screws that secure the dvi side do not seat all the way down before they bottom out in the sockets of the dvi connector

It can slightly separate from fully plugged in but it still wont come out far enough to cause the monitor to disconnect

It worked right out of the bag which was surprising since a week or two earlier i had ordered the same product this one manhattan 328883 dvii dual link male to vga female digital video adapter from a different company which didnt work
