Much of this book is just repetitive, opinionated filler. In fact, they're a bit cliche. His method for dealing with the darker side of things is absolutely laughable.

Psychic development books purvey the same recycled platitudes. If you want to make believe you have psychic powers, but are having a hard time culturing or maintaining this mistaken belief, this is the book for you.
