The drawstring opening at the top keeps the chalk mostly in but if you are using loose chalk rather than a chalk ball then i wouldnt go tipping it upsidedown at any point

Belt is included which saves you ordering separately however by looking at it anyone with probably a 34 inch waist and approve probably wouldnt fit the belt even on highest adjustment

Ideal for indoor climbing bouldering with a large variation in belt size so can be worn by anyone even a child
