I purchased this back in august for my rig which i just finished building two days ago the first thing i noticed was that it doesnt have a 6 or 8 pin pcie power connector so i had to order a molex to eight pin adapter

I try and turn it back on but it wont so i check that all of my cables are in right and they are i check the power in my wall and thats fine so i have come to the conclusion that this psu has just died on me despite the fact my rig requires well under 500w
