Pros
This ball retriever is so helpful and easy to use. It works great. Works easy. Great item.
The prowithlin golf ball extendable retriever (9 foot extended) is an excellent product. The extendable handle is fantastic for the desert course i play to avoid snakes.
It has a spring loaded basket. The ball pushes the yellow circle to one side and then the spring brings it back to contain the ball. Putter pickup makes it easy to pick up you ball after putting. The stick is pretty solid and extras real far.
Cons
The grabber is spring activated l, which in theory is supposed to secure the ball. Broke within 1 week. The end is extremely fragile. Very, very disappointing.

Doesnt seem to have an affect on its performance but you can hear the bearing roll back and forth when you tilt the retriever
