However you need to blend shaking in a bottle does not work so no good if you mix your shake at the gym as tasted gritty

It isnt on the scale of a chocolate milkshake but there is none of the usual horrible sweetener aftertaste nor the horrible bitterness that makes you screw up your face in anticipation
