In the order there was an error instead of the two additional inserts they accidentally sent me 1 insert and a curved wedge which i couldnt use

I went online was so upset and concerned but to my absolute surprise i never had to speak to anyone just fill out a return form online tell them what was wrong and they sent me at no additional cost the correct item with the understanding that i would return the item that was sent in error
