Alabama saves his and a few others lives. I'm glad how he took care of her showing her what it was suppose to be when someone cared till he * up.

These books just getting b÷tter and better. Abe is one of them she saves and he locates her to ask her out. Abe shows up at alabama's place offering thanks and convinces her to go for a thank you breakfast.

It's extremely difficult to come back from that kind of faux pas. There was no chemistry. Skimmed the rest.

Alabama has never had anyone care about her, and the first person that does, she falls for. The female main character has too harsh a past to forgive as quickly as she does if she even would.

Christopher / abe starts out as a perceptive gentleman seal that turns into a shallow, cruel wimp. A broken girl (alabama) and a psychotic seal (christopher / abe) not a good match.
