Pros
The back pack is well-padded and comfortable. The on/off switch is integral with the harness. Parts are available and the schematic is available on line for future reference.
Makes vacuuming my hardwood floors much easier. I do use the crevice tool that came with the vacuum for my vehicle.
The cord is long, but it is soft and therefore catches on just about everything. Expect lots of readjusting throughout your home during your cleaning expedition. Love not having to drag around a canister or deal with a cumbersome upright.
The proteam super coach pro 6 is my new favorite. It works great. No complains. It's super easy to use.
Cons
It's not really made for high pile carpet or tight spaces. The hose coming out of the top by your head is annoying. The metal ring with which we are supposed to align kept falling.

This one isnt astonishingly heavy or anything but noticeably heavier than my little eureka canistervac thats made entirely of thin plastic whereas this one is an aluminum wand with dense rubbery plastic attachments

The bend in the wand is very inconvenient and awkward and the swivel in the floor attachments make it even worse

They have frustrating locking connections to the wand which make them cumbersome to pop off to get a corner or spider web up high with wandonly

Therefore i use the straight 1 14 inch wand and horse hair floor attachment that i previously used with my central vacuum

Oddly on typical vacuums the 1 14 inch wand attachment is the female part of the connection but with this vacuum it is the male end
