The exercises i have been doing include a lot of moving around and cardio. It also helps cushion his old joints. Very comfy for workouts.

Protects the pool bottom from punctures and gives you a soft surface to walk on. Excellent addition to our spa patio.

Cons

The surface is slick. When barefoot it's really difficult to hold any poses. Won't lay flat.
