I personally like that it's not super difficult to squeeze in since i am just starting. Affordable and convenient for at home work outs especially. Seems solid, good resistance.
It's elastic and helps me workout and do my pilates posture.

Good for beginners but if you increase reps and hold the contraction for longer

In the future if i were to continue with it and do pilates i would more than likely get a stronger one with more resistance
