Yoga mat has good thickness to it and helps with my back. I stretch on lvp flooring and it doesn’t slide around or feel thin. It's so thick that i don't need my knee pad anymore.

It's thicker and squishier than i expected. The slight downside is that because it is so thick, it is also bulky so it will take up some space. The other minor flaw is that i was wearing a bracelet at times and my wrist had pressed down on the mat.

There was a strong odor when taken out of the box. The odor remains after i almost four months. Like a refinery and rotting marsh land.

It is comfortable but it's not durable at all. It's super soft, maybe too soft since it fell apart after less than 3 months of very sporadic light use. Secondly it is slippery on a hard wood floors.

If you have preferred color and it’s the green mat described here, it's not as same as described. It's more teal color not bright green. Very disappointing for such an expensive mat.
