Pros
Using under memory foam as a mattress. It is very well cushioned and perfect for my stretches. This is thick, soft and very plush.
This mat is absolutely fabulous. I have grey,purple and blue. But this mat does! Would recommend this mat.
Comes with two carrying straps to keep it rolled up and easy to carry. It is kinda big, so storing it does take space! There was no smell on it. There isn't an overwhelming chemical smell when you unwrap it.
Cons
This keeps sliding during my workout. It is so squishy i feel like my ankles are going to break in down dog split or crescent pose. Is a hazard now.

I found the cushioning a bit to thick for me and it hindered my stability for what i needed

I always got sore joints using mats of a normal thickness let alone the abuse from hardwood floors
