Pros
The best ergonomic practice is to keep moving, anyway. When i sit on it, it causes me to have much better posture and relieves pressure on my lower back. The prosource cushion is soft and odor-free.
Pretty straightforward, in my opinion. My only complaint is that it's not particularly comfortable. My dad has balance problems that have worsened as he's aged.

Not bad i am sure just kinda small… size of a dinner plate and really hard to balance for a 225 lb guy like me

At first no air was getting into the disc but rather around the needle and the pump itself
