Good on wooden floors or tiles but not so good on carpets thats why it didnt get the full rating

Also the power button is where you hold the handle so difficult to not keep switching it off whilst you are holding it

This hoover is great for wooden floors or tiles and thats all i use it for i new this before i purchased it as i had seen reviews

Can not pick up on carpet at all useless im afraid
