I bought this product 16 months ago and the mop control part suddenly stopped working

They asked me to try a few solutions which i did and since it did not work they immediately sent me a new robot vacuum

Also when returning to base it sometimes nudges it out of line then struggles to get in double sided tape fixes that

That said i dont do a lot of hardwood flooring and i have now only discovered today when i have been looking at buying another for our holiday property that you can control the mop flow via the app so maybe it is user error that has resulted in weaker performance in that regard

Easy enough to setup and connect to my network so i just use the app and not the remote
