Its complete with two pen holders in the left shirt sleeve and a spot to hang your sunglasses in the front center section of the shirt

Little pockets in the top of the shoulders so if you wear a walkie talkie at work it will clip inthe only thing that keep me from giving 5 stars is no front pocket

Now i wish the item description had stated there were mic clips on the shoulders because i probably wouldnt have purchased this particular style
