Pros

Use the supplement 20-30 minutes before going to bed and have found myself slipping into a peaceful sleep i cannot remember having since college. No dream, no waking up in the middle of night, feeling well rested in the morning.

Gives me a very pleasant night sleep. My actually sleep feels different on this. Very, very impressed.

The smell and taste is a bit earthy, but it is reassuring that they are using real ingredients, not something over processed that one finds in a chain pharmacy.

Cons

The pill is vegan but smells corpse like - i've never taken another vegan supplement that smelled or tasted this bad. The smell lingers on your hands after that i have to wash them immediately. These pills smell so putrid of the moldy cheese.
