With the summers getting hotter and hotter, i feel we need to stay hydrated and keep replacing those electrolytes. I love beverages with electrolytes, so this product delivers there. Good product for good general health.
Cons
Did not like the sweetness. Company indicates just new packaging but the flavor seems diluted or redone.
