Pros

Works with my short barreled firearm, the tac 14. Easy intall on my remington 870 tactical.

Each individual holder is adjustable to ensure shell fit the way you want. There's a spot to put the supplied allen wrench into and by turning it you push in or out the nub that puts pressure on the shell and holds it in.

The seven round capacity is great. The amount of shells it holds is a perfect for a full reload with one in the chamber. Shell holders are a solid circle so it's a no snag design.

There is a cutout on the shell carrier to allow the serial number to be visible. On the parent through pin (where the breakdown pins pass through) there is a c-clip (3rd pic). The pins come with protective washers for the right side and a nice rubber ... Read More

Cons

The shell holder interferes with the function of the fore end. They lack the bevel that assures proper function. Once installed the shell holder wouldn't fit flush.

Side saddle is a pain to seat as replacement push pins. Will not work with the 870 with the factory monte carlo synthetic stock.

We had no issues with the magpul grip making any contact with the saddle as well

Great product easy to install but it doesn’t work with my gun unless i change the forend

I dont know why these are the price they are but its a great piece of gear
