This is my first time trying creatine and i am rather pleased with the results. Seems to be a good product. Works like it supppose.
Creatine monohydrate is excellent. It's good and it's cheap. My perspective is - this stuff is great!
I'm not ripped or shredded but there is a noticeable difference in muscle tone and definition. Take 1 tablespoon per day (5 grams) preferably 1 hour before a workout. Drink at least 1/2 gallon of water throughout the day to stay hydrated.
