Prolab is a company with extensive experience in the production of supplements. Take 1 tablespoon per day (5 grams) preferably at least 1 hour before a workout. Drink 1/2 gallon of water throughout the day to stay hydrated.
The powder is so fine that it seamlessly mixes with water. This product is powdery and mixes very well.
This is my first time trying creatine and i am rather pleased with the results. Seems to be a good product. Works like it supppose.
Cons
Most micronized creatines dissolve in minutes into clear water. This stuff is complete and total garbage. It’s a total ripoff.

Creatine monohydrate is a very cheap product its around 68 cents a drink buy monohydrate and drink it with a grape juice or anything nonacidic

And 2 the manufacturer didnt feel it was necessary to make the container 2x the size it needed to be like everyone else

This product is powdery and mixes very well as compared to other creatine products that do not mix well and have the consistency of sand that sits at the bottom of a cup waiting for you to gulp down and dryheave

Be aware there is micronized creatine that may be better due to better absorbtion but it might just be nitpicking
