Pros
If i take it on an empty stomach i do get jittery. The potency is great and the effects last for several hours.
They give me the boost i need without having to drink a whole cup of coffee. Definitely helps me on getting back to a decent water cleanse. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for an alternative to coffee or energy drinks.
Cons
The new prolab caffeine pills just aren't effective. Seems like they might have went to the old version of the formula or the look of the pill. I suggest looking elsewhere until the manufacturer can get the formula correct.
Nothing but caffine. No noticeable lift. Only time i'd use this again is if my life depended on me staying awake!

But id be careful with building a tolerance for them i remember going from 1 to 2 pills around when i was about to finish my first bottle and building a tolerance for something like caffeine can be dangerous or course
