The arms that can be used to wear it whilst sitting up like glasses are very tight and i found the brightness of the light meant it was difficult to watch a tv programme or multi task at same time

Fast delivery only used it for 1 week

However over the last two days i have used it for 10 minutes on the blue light setting then 10 minutes on the red light

I have been very pleased with the results thus far i have noted a marked improvement in my overall skin condition especially my pores moreover my husband has also commented on how well my skin looks the value for money mark is so low as less than a month in the mask stopped holding the charge on the cord free and then a few days later it has stopped working at all
