The rocker really works to reduce plantar fasciitis pain. If you suffer from foot pain, sciatica or lower back pain, this is such a useful tool to have. This is what was used in pt for my plantarfasciita.
The calf stretcher is thick heavy plastic and quite sturdy, and it's pink! The heel pain is almost gone. It is comfortable to use both barefoot and with sneakers on.
Cons
The rubber strip on the bottom is not thick enough so it bottoms out and the plastic edges go sliding across the floor. Feels incredibly cheap.

While this is labeled a calf stretcher it is actually more of a shin stretcher and contraction device

I didnt feel much at all in my calves but stretching calves is easier than shins

As for the spiked ball it is somewhat effective but make sure to wear a pair of socks or three as the little nubs are a little too fine on bare skin and will either tickle or cause slight discomfort

The spiked massage ball is good for massaging feet but its not so comfortable to use on leg muscles
