When you plug it in both lights flash red then off

When i first inserted the oem battery i knew was drained it was red

After about 15 minutes the light was green on the oem battery

There was no way it was charged already

I took it out and put it in my camera and sure enough it wasnt charged

However when i tested the generic one that was also still red it was only 13 charged according to the camera

After charging about another half an hour or so it was fully charged but the light was still red when i pulled it
