It is still on the original belt with very little wear

We bought this machine several years ago at least six for my mom who is now 77 who uses it everyday

Since the initial purchase we have had it serviced twice the most recent service date was april 2009

Anyway each time weve called the service department was courteous and sent somebody out who contracts with proform within a day or so

The last time the guy came out he realigned the belt and oiled all the moving parts and because it was still under warranty there was no service charge

Theres not much glitz to it but im not sure what other bells and whistles you would want on a treadmill
