Pros

For under $20 this is a good belt that seems very durable. The item is well designed and sturdy. Best part is that it feels properly padded so it doesn't create as much discomfort after it’s been tightened and strapped on.

The belt is perfect, but i mismeasured and got a size too small. My waist is 36 waist, without a protruding midsection/gut.

Customer service is astoundingly quick to get back to you. Everything was taken care of quickly and smoothly. A satisfied customer.

Nice superlong velcro belt. Has a bag to keep belt compact. It has a stainless steel rod that you loop the strap through.

Cons

The design is flawed. Never got a chance to use it.

The belt is a great price and the lifetime warranty they offer is priceless

I would recommend if youre looking for something cheap that works just to see if you really want to spend 100 on a true lifting belt
