I have to admit i thought that i could use them for a lot more things but after reading the instruction manual they state that you should definitely not use it on jewelry with diamonds or any watch the watch band is ok more on that later

This cleaner utilizes ultrasonic noise to create vibrations in the liquid which then scrub the item you have in but you dont want to do this for watches as it could jiggle some of the mechanics inside that would get it stuck
