I made some frozen mozzarella sticks which anyone who’s made similar frozen foods knows are prone to exploding and even the melted cheesy mess didn’t stick to the mat at all

For years using foil or parchment paper to line my pans was a necessary evil and always felt like such a waste and even still the pans would end up soiled beyond cleaning and have to be thrown out eventually
