These look and feel very similar to the oe cups. I'm hopeful the cloth material used on these instead of the faux leather on the old set lasts a bit longer.
Take out the plastic insert before installing. Then start at one end, and gently slide the new seam into the groove. I slipped it right on in a very short time - less than a minute.
Ear pads are sturdy, well fitting and easy to install. The ear pads are more padded than the old ones, which is a bonus. Love these replacements for the eat pad cushions.
Cons
These are not made well and are incredibly hard to install. Appears that the manufacturer has chosen to cut corners on what could be a good little product.
This item was received on april 19, 2020. Buyer beware. Will not buy again, better to spend a few bucks extra and by from bose directly.

It was easier to install than the actual bose brand but does not feel like it has as much of a cushion on it
