And they use first class to ship the product toothe day came when i finally got the custom teeth whitening kit from whiter smile labs and i did it as soon as i got it the kit came with 2 mouth trays topbottom and 3 sets of molding clays that you mix that you put on the mouth tray and you will only use 2 sets and the extra set you will need them just in case your first try gets very hard before molding your teeth so make sure to read the instruction you will only get 3 whitening syringe in case you get three and wondered why does the picture shows 5 the answer is these 3 whitening syringe is as much as those 5 whitening syringe you see on the picture

I simply wiped the peroxide solution onto my front teeth top and bottom with a qtip and left on for about 10 minutes

Applied peroxide solution in the same manner as 1 but held the solution in with saran wrap

No offense to the person who suggested this in his review but it was truly a terrible idea

The stuff ran out of the wrap and onto my gums and tonguei ended up swallowing some of the solution and the wrap fell out of my mouth and onto my pajamas
