I just got this unit and it seems very well made the packing is great no damage at all i havent used it a lot yet but so far the copies i made were fine nothing bad to say about it just one thing the fans are way too loud i have 3 tower pcs in the same room as the duplicator and you barely hear them the duplicator on the other hand sounds like a mini vacuum cleaner thats why im taking one 1 star off the rating

The only issue i had is the control panel with the buttons is some kind of thick adhesive plastic that keeps peeling off

I simply push it back into place and the buttons seem to work fine but it doesnt stay adhered for more than a day

Kind of makes it look cheap which is unfortunate because otherwise the machine really does work very well

My mother and other people even operate it now and the 2 or 3 button operation is so simple a cave man can even do it quoted from a commercial
