It's exactly what i needed. Terrific piece of equipment. Can't beat the workmanship. Reproductive accuracy is great. No complaints at all.

Cons

My complaint is about the produplicator brand and company, in general. Very disappointed. Heck, what if whatever. Can't talk with anyone at amazon i'm just really disapointed.

Opened it up and began duplicating. Took it out of the shipping container.

If you get a lemon there's no making lemonade with this company. Never call tech support unless you are prepared to defend your intelligence level to the rudest tech support i've ever encountered. The machine turns on but that is all it will do.

Lg drives are not sturdily seated in the bays. Buyer beware of this product.
