Ifocus takes care of their customers. The customer service bt the way is amazing. They are passionate about their work and it shows. The owner reads and responds to the customer support link emails.

It has a heavy thick cardboard cover, covered in cloth embossed with gold lettering. It has two bookmarks as well. It replaces all the little slips of paper that you write notes on and then lose.

Cons

This is not a tool that would help you brainstorm and fill the daily calendar. A glorified calendar nothing special. Im a project manager and the language is far from what i hear from pmi.
